Step 1: Check Availability
Reservations are easy at La Villa Bonita. But first we need to check availabity. Since we only have 6 rooms at La Villa Bonita, dates can fill up quickly. We are open year round so our availability schedule changes at any moment. First give us a call at 646-216-8604 US or 1-866-687-9933 US toll-free with your preferred dates or you can fill out our reservation inquiry form to get the ball rolling.
Step 2: Make your Deposit or Full Payment
In order to confirm space in our program, a nonrefundable credit or debit card confirmation deposit of 50% is required to reserve your dates. We offer an additional 5% discount if you pay in full upon making your reservation. Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express are accepted for deposit and final payment. In order to make a reservation and charge the deposit, we require your account number, the full name on the card, billing address, and the expiration date. We do not accept personal checks, travelers checks, or money orders for final payment. If you wish to pay in a form other than credit or debit card you may pay 100% of the balance by deposit or electronic bank transfer to our US account.
Confirmation deposits can be made by calling us directly at 646-216-8604 US, +521-777-233-5805 Mexico Direct or by the US toll-free reservation line at 1-866-687-9933. Once we have received your billing information, you will receive a confirmation of reservation by email or fax. In the confirmation will by your receipt as well as airport pickup information.
Payment in full is required upon check-in of your confirmed date. All deposits and payments are non-refundable but may be transferable to other dates subject to availability. If you wish to change dates, the final balance is due upon the first date of your initial reservation. All prices are subject to 16% sales tax. For policy reasons, we do not match roommates to obtain the double occupancy rate.
Step 3: Make your flight arrangements
Once you have your flight information, please pass that long to us in its complete form (eticket) by email as we will track your flight with our special flight tracking software. La Villa Bonita and Tubohotel airport pickup is included in our packages under certain conditions. Guests should arrive between 12 a.m. and 5 p.m. If guests arrive before 12 a.m. there may be some wait time in the airport. If guests after 5 p.m., it may be necessary for us to arrange for transportation to La Villa Bonita or Tubohotel at an additional cost. The ideal time of arrival in the Mexico City Airport is 2-3 p.m. We meet guests in the very comfortable American Express Centurion Lounge in terminal 1 while the other guests arrive. Depending on other guest’s arrival time there may be a waiting period in the airport before departing to La Villa Bonita or Tubohotel.
Departure time for guest flights at the end of the stay should be after 12 noon. If you cannot meet the criterion for arrival and departure, please contact us before
making your flight reservation so that we can choose the best times. We can arrange for chauffeur (private car), taxi or very comfortable and nice exective direct bus service service either to or from the Mexico City airport. We will pay for your the executive bus, and the taxi and chauffeur are available at an additional fee. Due to the unpredictability of Mexico City traffic and our commitment to pick up other guests at the airport, we cannot personally pickup or deliver guests to any other site other than the Mexico City Airport. We will, however, arrange transportation for you for an additional fee. If you arrive early to stay in Mexico City, we will make arrangements to meet at the Mexico City airport. If you do not make your flight, your flight is cancelled or delayed please inform by phone or email immediately so that we can arrange for your airport pickup.
