How to Make a Reservation
A nonrefundable deposit of 25% is required to
reserve a place in the program. Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express are accepted for deposit and final
payment.
To make a reservation with American Express, we need
the account number, the full name on the card,
billing address, the expiration date, and the four
digit security code on the front part of the card.
To make a reservation with Visa or MasterCard, we
need the account number, billing address, expiration
date, and the last three digits on the signature
strip on the back side of the card.
Credit card deposits can be made by calling us
directly at 646-216-8604 US transferred to Mexico,
email, by the US
toll-free number (1-866-687-9933).
Once we have received your billing information, you
will receive a confirmation of reservation by email
or fax.
15% sales tax is charged to
the deposit and the remaining
amount due upon arrival. Payment in full is
required upon check-in.
