Food Wine and Friends with Karen
McNeil, PBS, November 2004 - February 2005.
Karen McNeil, author of "The
Wine Bible" chooses La Villa Bonita to film the
inaugural program for the 13-part series on PBS.
Karen joins Chef Ana and guests at LVB for a
special wine paring with dishes prepared by the
guests. Check local PBS listings for
showtimes in your area.

Food Network, July and August 2004.
The Food Network names La Villa Bonita as
one of the top culinary vacations in the
world on their special program "Best of ...
Culinary Vacations." The special
program was aired in prime time. Chef
Ana's recipes for Mole Colorado was featured.

The Food Network features Chef García's
restaurant Reposado in its "Best of
... Fine Dining Tables" among the River Cafe
in Brooklyn, NY; Opera - Chicago, IL;

Bay Resort and Casino - Las Vegas, NV.
Chef Ana's featured recipe was Red Snapper

La Villa Bonita is featured as the grand
prize on "Trivia Unwrapped." The prize
featured round trip airfare for two and 2
4-night packages. The contestant won the
prize. Congrats!

La Villa Bonita is featured in "The Tip
Sheet" in the travel section in the article
"Beyond Tacos."

Live! With Regis and Kelley, September
2003. La Villa Bonita is the
featured grand prize of airfare, and 2
4-night packages. The contestant won
the prize again. Congrats!

Bon Appetit Magazine, May 2003.
Chef Garcia has the honor of having
two recipes selected for Bon Appetite's
special edition on Mexico. La Villa
Bonita was also highlighted.
They selected the
Chocolate Kahlua Flan and the
Sopa Rosa (Beet and Cabbage Soup).
