4-Night Packages
4-night/5-day packages
run from Sunday to Thursday. 4-night
packages include 3 days of cooking with
Chef Garcia, accommodation including
breakfast and lunch, transportation to
and from the Mexico City Airport, manual
and cooking utensils, and local tours.

LVB Guest Plan
We
understand at LVB that spouses, friends,
or children that may not want to participate
in the culinary package but want to
accompany an LVB participant. To
accommodate the needs of our guests
we offer the LVB Guest Plan. The
Guest Plan includes:
- Accommodation
with an LVB participant
- All
meals included in the LVB participant package
- All
excursions included in the participant
packages
- Transportation to and
from the Mexico City Airport.
- Free High Speed

- Permits

How to Make a Reservation
A
nonrefundable deposit of 25% is required
to reserve a place in the program.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express are accepted for
deposit and final payment.
To
make a reservation with American Express,
we need the account number, the full
name on the card, billing address,
the expiration date, and the four digit
security code on the front part of
the card. To make a
reservation with Visa or MasterCard, we need
the account number, billing address,
expiration date, and the last three
digits on the signature strip on the
back side of the card.
Credit
card deposits can be made by calling us
directly (646-216-8604 US),
email,
or by the US toll-free reservation line (1-866-687-9933). Once we have received
your billing information, you will receive a
confirmation of reservation by email or fax.
15% sales tax is charged to the deposit and
the remaining amount
due upon arrival. Payment in full is
required upon check-in.
A 7% discount is available
for payment in cash (pesos or USD) on remaining
balance upon arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be
transferable to other dates based upon
availability. We do not directly
accept travellers checks as a cash payment.
Travellers checks must be cashed at a local
bank into pesos and we will give you the
spot exchange rate at the moment of payment.
Based on that amount, we will apply the 7%
discount.
